Employer Fees & Pricing

We believe in transparent, Fair Pricing. Below is a guide to our standard models- your final cost will depend on volume, job complexity, and location.

Temporary Staffing

Ideal for covering short-term needs. Our typical markup range is 38%-%55 above the employee’s hourly wage. We stand behind our placements: replacements within the first week come at no additional staffing fee.

Temp-to-Hire

If you want to “try before you commit,” this option allows trial periods before conversion. We may offer a reduced markup or fixed conversion fee. If the candidate isn’t retained, you only pay for their time worked.

Direct (Permanent) Placement

We place your next long-term hire. Our most common model is 18%-25% of the first year’s base salary, with a 3-to-6 month guarantee (if the hire leaves, we’ll source a replacement at no additional cost.)

Executive/ Specialized Search

For high-level or niche positions, pricing is custom/retained. Guarantees and payment terms are agreed upfront.
